L’originalité du RéHPI est de fédérer des partenaires des secteurs sanitaire (public et privé), médico-social, social ainsi que des représentants des familles (UNAFAM38)et des usagers (GEM "l’Heureux Coin")autour d’un objectif partagé : améliorer la qualité de vie des personnes handicapées psychiques.
